After making a flat carbon fiber panel I took out the original TZ panel so i can copy it
The foam that used to hold the clocks is a bit old and scruffy but is just fine to mark where to cut the panel
I started trimming the carbon fiber panel and destroyed most of my cutting disks , I probably shouldnt made it so hard (5 layers of carbon in opposite ways)
Here is in an early trimming stage
I wanted to make the holes that hold the clocks pretty tight so i wont have to use any tape or bolt to hold them in place , that took a lot of effort and could ruin the panel very easy , but everything went ok after a lot of tryouts
Some more trimming and making holes for the bolts which are holding the whole thing together

Everything went fine and sent it for clear laquer with some other stuff iam making
