I finally gathered all the pieces to close the top end
The cylinder was bored to +25 bought a new Yamaha piston and rings ,machined the head and made a cylinder gasket
The piston circlips and axle is from a TDR250 and the upper piston bearing is from RGV250
This came from a tip by a friend ,a good old school mod for the TDR/TZR engine was to fit yz pistons ,this generation of yz was the last with 2 piston rings
Weight was lower and the rings were thinner

Didnt have any bolts for the cylinder and head so i digged in the old crate with bolts i have , they were pretty rusty so put them to my "time machine"
And after their trip
So now all iam looking to have this engine ready for its first startup is carb,carb rubber mount and the axle for the kickstart lever
