Time for refresh : Yamaha Crypton 105

This bike belongs to a friend ,he needed to refresh his old trustworthy moped that uses daily for his work

This bike is called Yamaha Crypton and its pretty common in Greece ,its 105cc with a 4 stroke engine

Well the bike used to look like this , it looks good in the photos but lots of the plastics were cracked and the colour had lost its glam

Remember that i just want to return it to its former glory so the colour will remain the same . Well here are some of the repairs and the preparation of the plastics

First to remove all the old stickers 

Then time to for repairs , cracks or missing parts are not as difficult as to make a new fastener for the old broke plastic fering

Here are some of the prep and spraying process

Now its time to put the plastics on the bike again , of course with new stainless bolts and washers

And here it is finished
