VFR400 plastic repair

Here we have  two side fairings from a VFR400 ,the first model with the single side swingarm

These needed some minor repairs and a piece was missing

The lower bolt mount needed to be refilled and redrilled

Some more repairs needed to be done

First drawing the missing part

Then making a mould with plastecine

And the same here

Start creating the missing part with fibre glass

After sanding and some patty ....

I didnt want to spray the whole fairing so i just paint the repaired areas with black mat and we are done
