Whoever tells that creating a new piece of carbon is easy is a carbon fiber expert or a big lyier
Tried to make my flywheel cover for the 3ma but things went wrong and had to change my vacuum bag , i tried to switch with a new one as fast as i could but it wasnt enough the piece is for the garbage bin
It is still useable but as i have said before iam trying to reach a higher level of quality , I thing i will make a corner in my workshop a wall of shame with all the pieces that went wrong instead of throwing them away
So I tried again , I was glad that my mold didnt took any damage
I tried to make a flat piece to test my resins, one with 3 layers of carbon fiber and one with 4 layers
Either of them are strong enough but I guess i can make something useful of them
Memo to myself (and anyone who watch this blog)
Keep trying you can only do better or at least the same ...
