TDR50 gag bike part 2

So lots of works have been done to  this little bike in the past 2 months

Unfortunately i have many projects on the run so i try to do my best with the money and time i have available

Well where were we ? Oh yes after spraying the frame , i bought a pair of ysr wheels (yes they have a rear drum brake ) ,sprayed them and fitted them with a pair of new shinco tires
These came along with a YSR rear swingarm that i wanted to fit to the TDR but it was too short and too heavy 

So after the idea of the ysr arm was abandonded i decided to fit a TDR250 ally swing arm , so i turned it upside down and modified the station that the shock linkage goes to so i can bolt directly a shock on the swingarm

The front wheel bearings needed to be bigger too and the rear wheel need different bearings so the TDR 250 axle

Another problem was to shorten the swingarm at the front ,after that the swingarm bearings were too long so i had to machine down the swingarm so the bearings could go a little bit further insided the arm

After that it was ready to go ....... i think

So now i need a different rear shock because this is too short , maybe from a KTM or a DT WR200 ,i dont know iam still looking

Next i cleaned and resprayed the tank , everything on the bike was resprayed with rattle cans at least 3 times so every old colour must go

So this is where iam right now , in need of a rear shock, must rebuild the motor , and finish the plastics, i hope in the third part all of these will be done
